There are many benefits belonging to a National Network as local organisation are often consumed with day to day organisations which leaves little time to find out what is occurring at a national level. There needs to be advocacy to governments, often an alternative point of view is required and new enterprises need support. Why re-invent the wheel when it is already turning? bulletins, a web site, training workshops and experimenting with new strategies that increase turnover are all activities which the Network is involved in.
