Sarah brings significant start-up business planning experience in the social enterprise and resource recovery sectors, as well as experience working with peak membership bodies. Sarah is supported by Farzana Khan, who has joined CRN Sydney as an Administration and Finance Officer. The purpose of CRN Sydney is to build stronger community reuse, repair and circular economy sector pathways in greater Sydney. CRN Australia commends the Southern Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils (SSROC) for their leadership in this space, and Social Traders for their involvement as a key advisor to the project. We are happy to have CRN Australia Directors Arthur Ziakas and Darren Andrews from the Endeavour Foundation and Green Collect helping to guide CRN Sydney as part of a multi-stakeholder Technical Advisory Committee, alongside SSROC, 2 Sydney councils, LGNSW and NSW EPA to keep the project on track and true to the CRN Australia vision. CRN Sydney strategic and business planning is under way, and launch is expected sometime before November 2017.
